Entering and Dismissing:

  1. Preschoolers are to be brought and picked up by an adult, not by older children.

   2. Please do not bring your child earlier than 15 minutes before the time for the session to begin and pick him/her up immediately after the service.

   3. To avoid congestion, please have only one parent bring and pick up the child.

Proverbs 20:11   Even a child is known by his actions, by whether his conduct is pure and right.

Security:

  This system is to help insure the safety of your child at First Baptist. We have never had anyone to abduct a child here, and we want to be sure that it does not happen. Because of multiple services, and different volunteer teachers, often there is no way to tell who is supposed to pick up the child. We need the full cooperation of the teachers, parents, and the families in order for this system to work for us. It should bring peace of mind to all involved.

  1. Please register your child at the counter of the Preschool Dept. Designate all information in the appropriate columns. This is part of our security system. Please be respectful of the rules.

  2. You will be given a pager. The pager will alert you if you are needed for any reason.

  3. When you (or a designated adult) return to pick up the child, you must return the pager at that time.
